All content, features, and functionality of SkillNest, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SkillNest SAS or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it within our service.

You agree not to use SkillNest to: violate any laws or regulations; infringe on others' rights; upload harmful or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with the service operation; or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our service. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Beta access is currently free. When we introduce paid features, pricing will be transparent and clearly communicated. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILLNEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillNest, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, but certain provisions of these terms will survive.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SkillNest will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with French law. The arbitration will be conducted in Paris, France. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of SkillNest after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
